We oversee and execute the plan with vetted vendors, relieving your client of work they don’t want to do or are not in the area to oversee.
We pay all expenses upfront, up to 5% of the property’s asking price.
We are repaid at closing from the sale proceeds without any additional costs or hidden interest.

Payment is straight forward
At the time of closing on the sale of your property, Compass Concierge collects payment for the cost of the work performed. No interest is incurred.
If for some reason the improvements aren't completed within twelve months, your home doesn’t sell, or you simply change your mind about selling, Compass only collects the costs incurred for the home improvement work.
