Who the program is suited for
This is available to any of our sellers. We find it particularly helpful to sellers that have limited liquid resources, who lack the bandwidth to oversee an improvement project without our assistance or who are experiencing a special circumstance like divorce or estate liquidation. Savvy sellers, who know using other people’s money is a good idea, also find it be a great option to take advantage of.
Payment is straight forward
At the time of closing on the sale of your property, Compass Concierge collects payment for the cost of the work performed. No interest is incurred.
If for some reason the improvements aren't completed within twelve months, your home doesn’t sell, or you simply change your mind about selling, Compass only collects the costs incurred for the home improvement work.
